會議須知
Details of the Conference
一、請各位代表認真閱讀本《指南》，按活動日程安排時間，準時出席各項活動。
Ⅰ. Please read this guide carefully and attend activities on time according to schedule.
二、會場內(nèi)，請關(guān)閉手機或設(shè)為振動、靜音模式。展廳、會場內(nèi)嚴禁吸煙。
Ⅱ. Please turn off your mobile phone or turn to vibration or quiet mode in meeting room. Smoking is prohibited in exhibition hall or meeting room.
三、請著正裝出席開幕論壇、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體會見、重點項目簽約、招待酒會及專題活動。
Ⅲ. Please attend summit forum, collective meeting, contract signing ceremony, and Reception Banquet in formal attire.
四、考察活動，按行業(yè)大類分組進行，請各參會客商按預(yù)先登記參加組別，準時出席。
IV. Inspection tour and negotiation will be organized by groups according to different industries. Please take part in these activities according to pre-registration.
五、請與會代表提前將回程航班信息告知設(shè)在酒店大堂的接待處，以便會務(wù)組安排送機。
Ⅴ. Please inform the reception located in the hotel hobby of the return flight information of participants in advance.
六、《指南》中主要活動安排，是截至2010年10月9日交付印刷時的情況，若有微調(diào)，以實際通知為準。
Ⅵ.The main activities in this guide is updated until Oct 9th, 2010. The final schedule should be adjusted to the actual notice.
