崗位職責(zé) Key Responsibilities:

1. 使用加工編程軟件在已有的3D模具實(shí)體圖上進(jìn)行加工編程，模具加工編程包括生成工作帶3D曲線，使用2D/3D加工命令,選擇加工策略；
   Utilize CAM software to create CNC machining program base on existing 3D model, CNC machining program includes bearing 3D curve generating, 2D/3D machining feature exercising, milling strategy choosing;

2. 協(xié)助主管檢查NC加工程序確?？蛻粢蟛丛O(shè)計(jì)變更要求更新NC加工程序；
   Assist supervisor to check NC program in ensuring every specification is fulfilled and update NC program according to design modification.

3. 解決CAM程序加工模擬反饋的加工編程錯(cuò)誤；
   Handle CAM program error given by NC simulator ;

4. 同CAM主管一起按工作進(jìn)度完成交付；
   Work with CAM supervisor in ensuring that programming process stick to specific development timelines.

崗位要求 Job requests：

1. 模具設(shè)計(jì)\數(shù)控技術(shù)\機(jī)械工程相關(guān)專業(yè)專科及以上學(xué)歷,優(yōu)秀者應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生亦可；
   College degree or above with major in Mold design ,NC technology and Mechanical engineering or relevant professional , outstanding fresh graduating student is welcome as well;

2. 具有扎實(shí)的模具專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，了解金屬鋁合金材料特性；
   Good basic knowledge of die speciality and understanding of the properties of aluminum alloy

3. 熟練使用AutoCAD和office辦公軟件，接受過CAM軟件培訓(xùn)者優(yōu)先考慮；
   Proficient in AutoCAD and Office，candidate adopted training on CAM software will be a plus;

4. 工作勤奮和有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)精神，有模具工廠相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先；
   Hard working and good team player, Previous experience in die shop or related manufacture area is preferred；

廣州法萊模具設(shè)計(jì)有限公司系一家外商投資企業(yè)，成立于2007年10月23日，注冊(cè)資本為10.5萬美元。公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)范圍為：提供模具和相關(guān)產(chǎn)品零部件的工業(yè)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)、咨詢。我司致力為全球擠壓模具制造企業(yè)提供專業(yè)的模具設(shè)計(jì)及相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的專業(yè)技術(shù)方案，現(xiàn)有的客戶集中在歐洲。我司利用FEM系統(tǒng)（Finite Element Method）對(duì)鋁型材的擠壓過程進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬, 仿真整個(gè)擠壓成形過程，預(yù)測(cè)實(shí)際擠壓過程中可能出現(xiàn)的缺陷及其位置，及早優(yōu)化擠壓模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、調(diào)整擠壓工藝參數(shù)和有針對(duì)性的指明技術(shù)解決方案。此技術(shù)實(shí)際上是將生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的“試模-修模-試?！边^程轉(zhuǎn)移到計(jì)算機(jī)上完成，以部分替代模具設(shè)計(jì)制造過程中費(fèi)時(shí)費(fèi)事的試模工作。此外，我司向客戶提供高效的CAD/CAM加工制造技術(shù)服務(wù)，運(yùn)用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化技術(shù)對(duì)模具三維造型分模塊進(jìn)行二次開發(fā)，同時(shí)運(yùn)用了國(guó)外先進(jìn)的加工生產(chǎn)模擬軟件對(duì)程序設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行加工模擬，對(duì)數(shù)控機(jī)床操作全過程和加工運(yùn)行全環(huán)境進(jìn)行仿真，從而進(jìn)行數(shù)控模擬加工，完成整個(gè)加工過程的仿真。
