Job Description:

1. Overview and manage a team 10-15 of business development staff in Southern China and Hong Kong. Expect to grow the team size over the next 3-5 years subject to business need.

2. Manage team performance by set sales target through various KPIs. Provide guidance and follow up action items proactively to achieve and exceed sales target.

3. Collaborate with local operation leaders in order to delight our clients by providing excellent services.

4. Interact and communicate with different regions commercial function and identify opportunity to provide support locally on sales function to growth our revenue aggressively. 

5. Develop sales promotion activities with marketing resource to explore and enlarge of sales penetration in different segments. 

Job Requirement:

1. University graduated, majoring in business or commercial is preferred.

2. About 10-15 years of experience on TIC industry and minimum 5 years experience on managerial level. Experience on ERP and CRM related application for sales activity management.

3. Solid track record on sales and business development including personal responsibility and manage team performance.

4. Excellent interpersonal communication skill and a good team player.

5. Strong and sensitive on sales figures. Expect a role model to demonstrate on real time follow up of client meeting recap.

6. Fluent in English and Mandarin.

7. Strong ability in Microsoft EXCEL and PowerPoint application.
