Job Description:

1. Work as a Networking Engineer with a focus on the discipline Networking and ICT skills. In this function the candidate is mainly transferring and implementing technical and pedagogical concepts into Networking and information communication technical skills.

2. He/She is mainly involved in cooperating with Technical Expert in the development and implementation of training and consulting projects in China within TUV Rheinland Academy & Life Care.

3. Responsible for following up project needs from school and industry by preparing project proposal, project report and organize project meetings.

4. Build up partnerships industry associations and chambers for further develop and implement vocational training services.

5. According to customer need, perform requirements gathering and analysis to determine appropriate solutions.

6. Make a preparation of related tenders from a technical perspective for TVET business growth in Greater China.

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor or above with Computer, communication or relative majors. 

2. At least 3 years of experience in network engineering, architecture or protocol design.

3. Linux or Unix experience.

4. Experience working with scalable networking technologies such as Load Balancers/Firewalls and web standards (REST APIs, RPC, web security mechanisms).

5. PYTHON scripting experience. 

6. Network routing protocol troubleshooting skills in all of BGP, OSPF and MPLS. Excellent knowledge of TCP, IPv4/6, IPSec, GRE, VRRP, HSRP and SNMP protocols.

7. Experiences in BUS System to Industrial Robotics Devices.

8. Background in SDNs (software defined networks) is very welcome.

9. Create Network Architecture, Designs, and Documentation that will lead to consistent reliability, scalability, security, and performance of the testing Infrastructure.

10. Have experience of design, implementation, and maintenance of automation and configuration management for all levels of testing Infrastructure.

11. Working, together with the team on floor-layouts, Network-documentations, training materials to our clients.

12. Willing to travel to customers frequently.

13. Good communication and presentation skills.
