Lonza is establishing a strategic biomanufacturing base in China using GE Healthcare Solutions. With the new facility, Lonza is responding to growing demand for a high-quality CDMO in the Chinese market.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on operational support (technology, out-of-the-box configurations, process and content) for installed solutions.
• Author GxP business and technical requirements, use cases, process flow document, create robust test plans and scripts, execute testing, support user acceptance testing, and perform production rollout.
• Perform technical operational support work and systems administration for operational technology systems.
• Monitor, operate and enhance complex OT infrastructure and industrial control systems of distinctive platforms.
• Support implementation of OT hardware and infrastructure.
• Develop/ implement IT/OT procedures and techniques to comply with regulatory codes, specifications, standards and corporate guidelines.
• Comply with all EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) requirements, never put oneself and others at safety & health risks, and report any workplace accidents, near misses and hazards as soon as practicable.

Key requirements:

• Bachelor degree from IT/Computer Science or relevant work experience/training.
• Know cGMP in area of IT.
• Understand local industrial/engineering/regulatory best practices, codes and standards.
• Good foundation in English on oral and written communication skills.
• Good inter-personal and excellent organization skills.
• Guarantee at least 3 working days every week
