Position Objective: Manage L1/L2 support for Identity and Access related issues to preserve operational service levels and identify/drive service improvements.

Roles and Responsibilities：
? Establish and manage level 1 call and email support service for IAM, ensuring all issues and incidents are logged and tracked to resolution.
? Ensure 24/7 availability of support services
? Identify opportunities for service improvement based on analysis on logs collected from IAM tools and incident tracking, transforming them into a Service Improvement Plan.
? Provide regular reporting on issues and incidents, indicating links to SIPs that are in progress.
? Investigate and provide clear RCA for IAM incidents and issues
? Track each SIP as a project, indicating value add and expected time/cost savings.
? Ensure SIPs are implemented across both locations

Requirements:
? Education：Degree in IT/Security
? Experience：Min 5 years InfoSec, Min 5 years Identity and Access, Service/Operations improvement
? Desirable Certifications/licenses：CISSP/ITIL/Lean Six Sigma
