Roles and Responsibilities:

General Architecture (70%)

1. Design common or core modules in line with business needs for small scle application

2Make decisions on solution and develop/review solution and design with consideration of business values, quality, standards, guidelines and best practices

3. Engage stakeholders in design, priority setting and implementation

4. Identify quality issue for improvement and provide solution in terms of achitecture for project team

5. Provide expertise, consulting and guidance to designers and developers

6. Develop innovative solution and make improvement on process and approach of day-to-day activities with a systematic approach to prevent issues from recurrance

Technical Capability Development (30%)

7. Develop designers by coaching and knowledge sharing

8. Support to build up the capability of company core skills

9. Assist to implement the new or efficient technologies, methodologies, practices and tools to company

10. Assist in SME accessment process to develop SME

Other responsibilities

1. Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by

2. Supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.

Minimum Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in IT decipline

2. Over 8 years of IT relevant experience including 2 years of experience as system design role

3. Knowledge of various architecture areas and good understanding of TOGAF/ Zachmann as well as design and modelling technologies, e.g. OO, Agile model, etc.

4. Good understanding of the business architecture of a certain business subject area in insurance

5. Effective communication skills

6. Innovative problem solving skills

7. Fluent English both in oral and written
