Roles and Responsibilities: 

1. Be accountable for quality of service, capacity, and performance.

2. Owner of incident, request, change, and escalation processes

3. Monitor, control, and support service delivery in BAU and projects

4. Champion service and support in projects and developing a strong understanding of projects impacting service area

5. Drive internal and third party service review meetings covering service improvements

6. Lead the team to provide flexible support according to SLA.    

Minimum Job Requirements:      

1. Bachelor’s degree (or above) with major in Computer Science or related discipline.

2. 8+ years working experience in IT application service/IT system analysis

3. Proficient in IT application development on Web applications

4. 5+ years experience in team management (6-10 staff)

5. Excellent interpersonal communication skill.

6. Experienced in delivering high-quality service and archiving good client expectation/relationship. 

7.  Fluent English both in oral and written. l  Self starter and willing to working under pressure
