Job Description Summary

Provides the daily operation support for production control (AIAHK).    

Job Description

• Assembles and schedules job stream inputs and organizes for submission to computer in accordance with operation manuals and procedures.
• Performs quality assurance of proper scheduling of all production systems.
• Reviews and implements the operation manuals and procedures.
• Reviews job processing status, system messages to identify incomplete jobs, problem areas and follow up for job recovery.
• Performs output control and ensure the completeness and accuracy.
• Keeps accurate records in accordance with the requirements of the department including job sheet, job schedule and user request.
• Performs the production control tasks on shift basis, as required.
• Performs job scheduling and processing in accordance with AIA IT and security policy.
• Coordinates with users and application support to complete the application request.
• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements.

Job Requirements:

• University degree or above in IT or related disciplines
• Minimum 4-5 years IT working experience in data center infrastructure operation
• Good command of English in written
• Experience on Windows and Linux/Unix platform(Shell script)
• Knowledge of one or more scheduler tools (e.g. CA Autosys or IWS)
• Better to have knowledge for some of DevOps tools: JIRA, Confluence (CICD mainly for CD part)
