Position Objective:
The position of Admin Specialist is to provide the administration services to the office and support to the all departments independently with good deliverable.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Follow the company policy to independently provide the administrative and secretarial services to the company with timely and good quality, achieve individual goal and team goal set by the admin team leader:
1. Coordinate and arrange company activity function.
2. Oversee the maintenance of office supplies, office equipment and environment.
3. Provide the secretarial services to the senior staffs.
4. Make travel logistic arrangements for the staff
5. Perform the Admin Procurement handling
6. Participate in the Government related issues, including but not limit to the enterprise qualification and government subsidy application.
7. Draft the admin notification with clear and cohere both in English & Chinese.
8. Handle Administrative tasks assigned by Admin Team Leader on time.

Minimum Job Requirements:
1. Education: University Graduate or above
2. Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience
3. Skills:
? Good command of English
? Familiar with PC skills
? Effective communication skills
? Composition skill
