. Develop the Advanced/new process solution for box build product.  

1-1 Develops innovative, advanced, and often untested design concepts requiring complex molded solutions 

1-2 Leads customer product design engineering for economic production and serves as technical interface and/or company representative with customers

1-3 Directs manufacturing in trouble-shooting problems, upgrades, retrofits, set-ups, and methods development

1-4 Leads product development meetings and makes recommendations to product design changes to enhance manufacturing and assembly 

1-5 Thorough understanding of Lean Six Sigma tools, projects and processes and ability to incorporate these into assigned engineering projects

2. Develop the Advanced/new machine solution for box build product.  

2-1 Constantly researching new technology or development machine to identify innovative techniques and processes for application to complex design projects 

2-2 Lead role large, complex projects automation solution. May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

3. Develop the FOF solution for box build product.  

3-1 Make the strategy, blueprint, innovation & solution for FOF, and ensure progress, introduce, development & implement smoothly

3-2 Insure the standardization of Jabil processes throughout the site in accordance with the global and regional direction

4. Coach, mentor, and train engineers within the Industrial Engineering team

5. System configuration for the advance, machine & FOF implement

6. Collect and publish quality metric data for project

7. Provide regular updates to appropriate managers

8. Drive continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management.
