Roles and Responsibilities:

Follow the company polices, and coordinate with the corporate service sub-team leader to provide the professional service to one of below administration filed, and also contribute the admin working procedure setup and maintenance, achieve individual goal and team goal set by the admin team leader.

l   Oversea the office environment management and maintenance

l   Prepare and implement the Admin working procedures and monitor the result.

l   Act as the expert in procurement/negotiation of the sourcing task, e.g. office supplies, office service by suppliers, etc.

l   Handle the Government subsidy application and related issues.

l   Coordinate and arrange company functional activities.

l   Handle the company printing and manage the office decoration.

l   Coach the junior admin staff.

l   Coordinate to manage administrative tasks assigned by Admin Team Leader on time

Handling the staffing service

Minimum Job Requirements:

l  Education: University Graduate or above

l  Experience: At least 5 years related work experience, at least 2 years independent work experience.

l  Skills:

• Good command of English
• Familiar with PC skills and MS office Skill
• Effective communication skills
• Composition skill
• Coaching skill
