·        Bachelor of Science in electrical/manufacturing engineering or relate field.

·        3~5years cast-resin type transformer work experience.

·        Knowledge and experience in FMEA, Lean Manufacturing methods

·        Good written and spoken English.

·        Proficiency with MS Office, CREO, CAD.

·        Be good at communication skills.

Your Responsibilities：

·        Cast-resin type transformer product technology R&D and process optimization

• Working instructions compiling, improving and training to shopfloor workers

·        Monitor the process quality and solve processing problems during the manufacturing

·        New equipment development, auxiliary devices design

·        Change management

  廣州西門子變壓器有限公司于1997年11月03日在廣州市工商行政管理局蘿崗分局登記成立。法定代表人蔡瑞雄，公司經(jīng)營范圍包括變壓器、整流器和電感器制造；工程技術(shù)咨詢服務(wù)等。廣州西門子變壓器有限公司(STGZ)是西門子輸配電集團和廣州機電集團的合資企業(yè)。公司所有的產(chǎn)品：最高電壓達500KV的電力變壓器以及2500KVA及以下的油浸式配電變壓器，均按照伊林的技術(shù)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計、制造，并持有“伊林”品牌。廣州西門子的設(shè)立也是西門子全球化和當(dāng)?shù)鼗瘧?zhàn)略的一個組成部分。 廣州西門子座落在廣州經(jīng)濟技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)的東區(qū)，占地面積65,000平方米，可年產(chǎn)15,000MVA的變壓器。公司地理位置優(yōu)越，便捷的交通可在2公里內(nèi)通達鐵路、高速公路和城市快速干線，距離黃埔港僅不到10公里。公司采用了90年代末期的現(xiàn)代技術(shù)制造最高質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的變壓器。 2005年，公司成功生產(chǎn)并交付了首批500KV變壓器，其中包括2臺370MVA叁相發(fā)電升壓變和一組總?cè)萘繛?/span>3X750MVA的單相自耦變壓器，使公司成為可生產(chǎn)最高電壓等級變壓器供應(yīng)商行列中的一員。同時也標(biāo)志著廣州伊林成為國內(nèi)唯一一個可以從同一個廠區(qū)供應(yīng)高達500KV直至配電變壓器的合資企業(yè)。
