Responsibilities:
- Managing the Technical Support team to conduct the following tasks
- Ensuring the computer environment to be stable
- Supporting production systems, including non-office hours whenever necessary
- Acting as project leader for company level technical projects
- Preparing work and implementation schedules
- Devising and evaluating cost effective solutions to computer infrastructure problems
- Conducting feasibility studies and cost benefit analysis
- Analyzing and providing technical solutions
- Exercising responsibility for user liaison, and computer infrastructure design.
- Coordinating with vendors to deliver HW, SW, Network and others on time and with good quality.
- Managing the inventory of Electronic Data Process in good order

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Eight years of relevant experience with at least three years
experience is at the supervisory level
- Good written and spoken communication in both English and
Chinese
