1.Gains a complete understanding of clients’ needs and effectively communicate them to the software design team

2.Ensures that all development practices are in compliance with best practices policies and procedures.

3.Design system architecture based on AIA Enterprise Architecture and user requirements

4.Draft technical specification according to functional specification

5.Lead the development team to deliver coding and UT

6.Review and monitor the output of developers to ensure the time and quality

7.Support PM to estimate the timeline and cost from technical view

8.Travel to different countries for onsite support

任職要求：

1.Bachelor or above degree in IT related disciplines with at least 10 years working experience

2.Have rich experience on Claims application design

3.Knowledge of Insurance business is required, e.g. Group/Individual insurance and Claims

4.6+ years’ experience in software architect to design enterprise J2EE web systems;

5.Proficient in Spring & MVC or other popular J2EE framework, and good at Object Orientated Design&Development;

6.Good understanding of web front-end development, JavaScript, HTML(5), CSS(3), AJAX, JQuery, etc.;

7.Well know Application and Web Server (e.g. Apache, JBoss, and WebSpere etc);

8.Rich experience in popular database, such as Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase or MySQL;

9.Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines;

10.Excellent communication and documentation skills in English;

11.Have strong interest in new technology, and enjoy facing to challenges;

12.Familiar with Waterfall, Agile or other SDLC;

13.Willing to have short term business trip time to time

14.Experience of following will be a plus: AngularJS/ Bootstrap/ ExtJS/ React/ ESB/ Linux/ Unix/
